It’s still young and the oak is still present; American oak, spicy and oaky, with aromas of incense and vanilla and an expression of sweetness, giving it the traditional character of wines of yesteryear. It has a nice freshness that should develop nicely in the years to come. This is a wine of great purity and typicity, less Mediterranean than the 2017, textured and velvety. You will enjoy this superb wine which will be perfect to accompany your red meats.
