The Belsazar Red is made from red wines from southern Germany, in the Baden region, and infused with various herbs, spices, and fruits before being fortified with fruit brandy from the Black Forest and aged in clay vessels.
- Aromas: Warm notes of creamy vanilla, candied orange, and bitter dark chocolate, enhanced by spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, and a hint of clove.
- Palate: A pleasantly sweet yet balanced taste, with flavors of dark caramel, ripe cherries, red fruits and the distinctive bitter touch of absinthe (vermouth).
Usage:It is versatile and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with tonic, or as a key ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Negroni or the Manhattan.
