Bols Advocaat Epais 14° is a creamy and thick liqueur of Dutch origin, made from egg yolk, sugar, and alcohol (14% vol.), with aromas of vanilla and sometimes almond. It is enjoyed on its own, chilled, often whipped to make it airy (hence the name "Epais" or "Dik"), or over desserts like ice cream and pancakes, and pairs well with coffee. The bottle should be shaken before use and kept cool.
