- Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, infusion of fresh ginger (11%), pressed ginger juice (2%), ginger extracts, and capsicum extract. An organic version is also available, containing organic sugar and ginger juice (4%).
Usage: Diluted up to 1 part to 10 parts of sparkling water, it allows for the preparation of a traditional ginger beer; with hot water, it offers a comforting grog. It also pairs very well with spirits like whisky or vodka for cocktails such as the Whisky Mac or the Moscow Mule.
