The Belvoir Elderflower Cordial is a non-alcoholic elderflower syrup, known for its delicate and refreshing floral taste, made according to a traditional family recipe. It is widely used to make soft drinks or as an ingredient in cocktails and desserts.
- Taste and use: It offers a naturally delicate and floral taste from hand-picked elderflowers and freshly squeezed lemon juice. It is ideal when diluted with still or sparkling water in a ratio of 1 to 10, or added to white wine or prosecco for a spritzer, or to enhance desserts.
- Natural and organic ingredients: The cordial is made from entirely natural ingredients. An organic version is also available, using organic sugar, water, organic elderflowers (8%), organic lemons, and citric acid.
