The Alexander Grappa 38° is a white (young) grappa produced by the Italian distillery Bottega in the Veneto region, known for its elegance and fruity notes. It is made from a blend of prized grape pomace and is highly appreciated as a digestif.
This grappa is renowned for its refined aromatic profile, resulting from a three-phase distillation process at different temperatures in traditional copper stills, followed by six months of aging in stainless steel tanks.

- Grapes: Mainly made from grapes of Pinot and Glera (the grape of Prosecco). Other varieties may include Tocai, Verduzzo, and Merlot depending on the blends.
